Update on BSI

Update on the Biblical Studies Institute of Blacksburg:

After two years of classes (2021-2023), there are no plans at this time for BSI classes this fall or next spring. Our two language groups (Hebrew and Greek) will continue independently as informal studies with their instructors.

There's been a drop in attendance over the two years, and we've lost some momentum. As well, my own schedule needs to be more open for travel and meeting family obligations at this time. 

There are quite a few options for continued study in the Bible and theology: the Bradley Study Center, local Bible study groups, International Christian class at BCF, Abound women's ministry, and BCF adult electives, where some of our BSI instructors are currently teaching. For online study I recommend BiblicalTraining.org. There is no shortage of good resources!

Thank you, to all those who have been involved in the classes! May the Lord use what you have learned, that you might be a blessing to many others. And my deepest thanks to our teachers who served so generously!
